This will be a morning/afternoon of playful prompts and thoughtful invitations, a gathering of spirit-rich women telling stories, writing snippets, exploring their food roots, and nourishing each other with words. 

The portal? Legacy … and lusciousness.

We’ll begin with a short talk on what it means to create a repertoire of ease around breakfast. And yes, I’ll be feeding you … on so many levels. Consider it a ‘Self Care Sunday’.
